Hello & Welcome.

I’m Dr. Kelcie Rosendahl, a naturopathic physician living in Bend, Oregon, & I am so glad that you’re here.

I believe that you have the right to experience freedom within your own body, however that looks and feels to you.

I have training in botanical medicine, clinical nutrition, counseling, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, physical medicine modalities, minor surgery, and pharmaceutical prescribing.

A little bit more about me…

My dog is my world, I spend as much time as I can in the outdoors (preferably climbing rocks), believe in the power of community and honest conversations, consider movement as a form of medicine (be it stretching, walking, or running), and am driven by both my love for the natural world, and hope for what naturopathic medicine can bring to not only your life, but the world at large.

Resilient health is something you deserve to feel, breathe, and live out, every single day.

This is My Promise to you

No matter the color of your skin, who you choose to love, your gender identity, or religious and spiritual beliefs, all are welcome in this space. Furthermore, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, racism, and sexism are never welcome, and I will do whatever I can to make sure that you receive the care that you deserve, whether that’s with me or someone else.

I promise to listen, and listen well.

I promise to continually educate myself.

I promise to be respectful of what you to choose to share (and not share) with me.

I promise to never make a decision without you.

I promise to only ever share products & practices with you that I believe in and can stand behind.

I promise to be 100% transparent, providing you with a referral if there is ever a question, concern, or area outside of my scope of practice.

Meeting you where you are

Before we dive in, it’s important that you know a few things about how I want you to feel, should we choose to work together.

Why? Because working with a healthcare professional shouldn’t be daunting, complicated, or draining. In fact, you should walk away feeling empowered, sure of yourself, and ready to face any obstacle, no matter the impossibility of it.

Also, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach, especially when it comes to healing: you deserve health care that takes into consideration the whole you, not just the bits and pieces that are causing you to feel pain, discomfort, or limiting you in what you’re able to do.

I believe that you know your body best & it will never be my place to tell you how you should or shouldn’t feel.

I am here to listen, encourage, support, and help to provide you with practical health care tools that last a lifetime. Tools that assist you in living the life you were mean’t to live. A life jam-packed with joy, freedom, and whatever else fills you up!

& did you know that you already have everything you need to heal? To feel not just good, but amazing?! To do the things you love to do and to show up how you wish to show up?

To no longer feel held back by the idea that you are somehow broken, less than, or incapable, simply because you do things differently from the person next to you?

Because you are already more than enough, just as you are, and I plan to do whatever it takes to help you see, feel, and live that out fully.

First and foremost, I am here to hear your story. To find out what makes you, you. To see how we, as a team, can better support your whole self—through the ups, downs, and everything in between.

The six principles of naturopathic medicine

First, Do No Harm

Naturopathic medicine aims to use the most effective and natural options first, therefore reducing the risk of harmful and lasting side effects often caused by more invasive options.

The Healing Power of nature

Naturopathic medicine recognizes the body's inherent ability to heal itself.

Naturopathic medicine works to identify and remove obstacles in the pursuit of recovery to help facilitate the your body’s own ability to heal.

Treat the whole person

Naturopathic medicine treats each individual by taking into account physical, mental, emotional, genetic, environmental and social factors.

Complexity is not only part of human nature, but something that should be both celebrated and supported.

Identify & treat the cause

The naturopathic medicine was created to identify and remove the underlying causes of illness, rather than eliminate or merely suppress symptoms.

Doctor as Teacher

I am here to help educate, provide lasting support, and create a solid foundation when it comes to feeling your best.

When it comes to your body and your self, you are the expert.

Prevention

Naturopathic medicine helps you make choices that will not only have you feeling well now, but down the road. This is done through gentle guidance and educated decisions on what lifestyle and daily practices best suit you.
